TUSB4041I: Port 1 has broken on several chip

    From previous E2E and your report, Port1 do seems weaker than other ports, Do you enable battery charging on Port1 and do you have ESD protection on all downstream port?

you are maybe right, but what could mean that if I lifted up the pin 33, 34 (Port 1) and I wired to pin 49,50 (Port 3) and it works, although I hot swapped the device several time?

    If  you hard wired pin 33/34 (port1) to port3  connector  and Port1 still fail? It just tell you port 3 have better ESD performance than port 1. And you need to find other better ESD protection device for port1. Nexperia  ESD device may work.

as I connected the port 3 pins to the connector where the port 1 goes to it is protected by the same TVS and CMC devices as before! I think that the internal structure s different of port 1 and port 3 of this IC!
