Thank you for the support!

The customer does not support ASSR on their screen, but the ASSR cannot be disabled on the hardware design and they are trying to modify the hardware design.

But one thing the customer concerned is the color bar can be displayed while ASSR is not supported on the screen, but the data stream from the DSI output cannot be displayed. Why's this? Based on the response posted above, the customer checked the F0-F8 registers and did not report any errors with the DSI data. Even if ASSR is not supported, the color bar and DSI output should be consistent, right?

Can you send me the spec of the display you are using?

Based off of the information you're providing the issue is on the DSI side.
