Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DP83869
I have a design that uses 4 DP83869HM PHYs each going to 2 stacked RJ45 connectors. Odd that the 2 going to the bottom RJ45 jack are not coming up. I checked the RESET_N pins of the 2 DP83869 PHYs not coming up and they are stuck at 0.9V. The 2 DP83869 PHYs that do come up have the RESET_N coming up all the way to 1.8V (VDDIO). All 4 PHYs are connected the same with with RESET_N pins tied to 100ohm/47uF cap in series (Figure 32 of datasheet).
