TCAN1044A-Q1: CANH/L stays Hi-Z when Vcc drops below 4.5V in standby mode?

Hi team,

I have a question about CANH/L driver behavior at Standby mode.

If the device is in Standby mode and Vcc drops below 4.5V, CANH/L stays Hi-Z state

or is there a risk that CANH/L is driven undefined state?

I would like to keep CANH/L Hi-Z to avoid any noise on CAN bus when TCAN1044A is in Standby mode even if Vcc drops below recommended operating range.

Tsuji-san,

If you look in the datasheet on page 18, this case is described by table 9-1. When VCC drops below the under voltage threshold, the CAN bus will be in a high-impedance state. If it was in standby mode before the under voltage condition occurs, the state will be low, but still high-impedance.
