DP83848 Operating Junction Temperature instead of operating ambient temperature

i see that the absolute junction temperature for the DP83848IVV/NOPB is 121.5 per datasheet. This is for stress screening. Can you tell me what the maximum operating junction temperature is where full functionality is implied? I see an ambient temperature of 85C, however need the junction temperature instead.
