DP83848 Operating Junction Temperature instead of operating ambient temperature

Hi Su,

On Ethernet products, we typically do not quite a maximum operating junction temperature. We only quote maximum operating ambient temperature.

With the maximum operating ambient temperature, 4 layer board and good enough DAP connection, the device is expected to work normally.

Pease convert the ambient to junction for this device where full functionality is implied.

I checked with our team and the device DP83848I should be fully functional until junction temperature of 105C.
