Hi team,

I have a question. Can STB pin (STB=High) transit this device into standby mode even under can bus GND shorted condition? Previously, my customer observed that STB pin didn't change the mode into standby mode under such GND short condition. This is why I'm concerning this.

    Shoji-san,

    The CAN bus shorted to GND should still allow the device to go into Standby mode. How is the customer verifying the mode when the STB pin is in a logic-high state?

    Hi Eric,

    Thank you for your answer. So far asking the customer, they don't have detailed information because the problem is reported from OEM and OEM didn't provide enough information to my customer.

    I'll make a new thread if my customer tell me the detailed information.
