    Hi Song-hwan,

    SAE J2284-3 is a node-level specification that applies to the ECU as a whole. The specification references the ISO 11898-2 CAN physical layer standard as its electrical requirements for the CAN portion of the system, so any transceiver that supports this specification (including TCAN1043A) can be used for a SAE J2284-3 compliant system design.
