What link are you using to search for our parts? If there is a 'P' in front of a device name then it means pre-production so before the device has officially been released. If you send the link over then I can try to update it to include the part you are looking for.

My customer requires MTBF and FIT data, so I am using the following link.

www.ti.com/.../estimator.tsp

However, for TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1, TI has not provided MTBF and FIT data

I noticed there are similar part numbers( PTPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1), so I would like to inquire if they are the same

Alternatively, could you assist in providing MTBF and FIT data for TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1?

We are unsure on why it is only showing pre-production (PTPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1). I have submitted a request for this data and will let you know as soon as I hear back.

Still waiting to hear back on TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1. I was informed the MTBF and FIT for PTPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1 should be the same as TPD1E10B06QDPYRQ1.
