Hi,
I am designing a product using DS90C031.
When the power supply voltage VCC is turned off, the input voltage DIN exceeds the maximum rating (Vcc + 0.3V) by 0.1V for 10nsec.
Since the ESD Rating (HBM 1.5kohm/100pF) for DS90C031 says 3.5kV or more, can I assume that there is no problem?
Also, if the over period is 10nsec, how many V can be applied?
