PCA9544A: RGY Package Dimmensions

Hi Team,

I'm not able to find the package dimensions for the 20-pin RGY package on the datasheet or our other package tools on TI.com.

There was one mechanical drawing that I found, but it did not have the dimensions outlined for the thermal pad. Can you help me get this information?

Hi JP,

Looking on TI.com's database for package file drawings, it looks like all VQFN-20pin drawings are not present for several IC's bearing the RGY package name.

We do provide .stp and CAD files for this package type.

The best that I can do is provide the customer with the .stp file, and then ask the customer to use an application that can view and measure the dimensions of the step file.

I used something like Autodesk Viewer Online to demonstrate:

If the customer doesn't approve of this method, I can contact the packaging engineer responsible for this design. The response from the packaging team might take a week.
