Hi TI team,
Can I connect all GND pin of DS160PT801 to Analog ground?

Greetings,
It is preferred to completely separate these two GNDs. Alternatively, there could be two GNDs. Then at one point, provide a choice to either have a ferrite bead or zero ohm Resistor to connect these two GNDs. Using a ferrite bead ensures high frequency noise from digital side will get heavily attenuated.

Is GND pin in Table 6-1. Pin Functions of DS160PT801 is Analog ground or Digital ground?
Greetings Prashanth,
I just checked DS160PT801 evaluation board schematic and we use a single GND for both digital and analog. Suggestion is to follow evaluation board schematic/design. Typically it is preferred to separate digital and analog GND however it is not in this design.
