Hello. I'm having some trouble with the function of a TUSB8020B hub on a recent prototype I've built.
The prototype uses pretty standard connections to the TUSB8020B part. However, once powered up, I am getting no oscillations on the XI and XO pins. My scope just shows ~1V DC.

Is there any advice on things to check or try to try to get it functioning? I have triple checked 3.3V and 1.1V power supplies and everything seems to be in order.
