DP83869HM: where to connect the 25MHz oscillator : pin 19 or pin 20

I want to know where to connect the 25MHz oscillator : pin 19 or pin 20.

On evaluation board DP83869EVM the signal issue from the oscillator is physicaly connected to the pin 19,  the datasheet of the DP83869HM it's specified that the pin 20 is the input for the 25MHz clock.

So the input of the clock is the pin 19 or the pin 20 ?
