TRS3232: Need acceptance level of scratches in the solder leads area - MPN : TRS3232EQPWRQ1

Hi Manoj,

So it doesn't look like the scratches are on the bend of the pin - so while they may compromise the mechanical properties a bit more than standard it should work if you can solder it down without mechanical damage.
