I am attempting to use 2x DP83TC813EVM-MC as media converts as we incorporate the DP83TC813S into production designs. Here is my test setup:
Here we see link on the DP83867.
On the DP83TC813 I observe no link on either unit and have attempted to check some various registers after looking over the data sheet.
Register 0600 is: 0038, RGMII enable being HIGH seems like a good thing...
Register 0608 is: 007b, SGMII enable being LOW seems like a good thing...
Register 045D is: 008c, including here as strapping could be useful.
Am I missing something obvious here? I will start playing with loopbacks to see if I learn anything there.
