My customer is considering TMDS1204 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Is TMDS1204 possible to use 2560x1440p(30Hz)?

The required bandwidth is 6.18Gbps, so there is no problem.

Since this format is Non-CEA, I would like to check whether it can be used.

Is the answer the same for TDP1204?

What is your application?

The TMDS1204 can support AC-coupled or DC-coupled input and output supporting HDMI 2.1 data rates up to 12 Gbps.

Therefore, it supports the 2560x1440p @30 Hz resolution.

The application is security camera system.

The driver is considering for external output.
