few months ago I received TUSB9261DEMO source v1.06. But I couldn't find TUSB9261.cmd file.

Sorry about that, I sent you a friend request over E2E, please accept it and I will get that file sent over!

Please keep in mind that TI currently provides the software 'as-is' for the TUSB9261, meaning we do not currently provide any support outside of providing the source code to customers for them to read and use. Sorry about that.
