TUSB8042A: USB3 Port not working but USB2 is connected succesfully

Part Number: TUSB8042A

Dear tech consultant,

We have developed a circuit board with the TI hub, following the design specifications from the hub's data sheet.
We put the board into operation on a laptop with a USB 3.2 controller and it worked without any problems. Now we wanted to test this hub on other PCs and on some of them the USB3 part of the hub does not work (error code 43 in the device manager). In the event of an error, only the USB2 part of the hub reports and the USB3 part has the VID_0000 and PID_0008.
The error can be eliminated if another (non-TI) USB3 hub is connected between the hub and the host.
Have you ever observed such a problem or do you have an idea how to solve it?

Many thanks for your help
