This took a little longer as our TLK apps guru is on vacation.

We are using the following part on TLK100 boards:

Part name: F4107R_SMT5X7-OS0040R,SMT5X7,VF3AH1-25MHZ

Part description: 3.3V TIGHT STABILITY HCMOS SMD OSCILLATOR WITH STANDBY, 25MHz, 25ppm -40-+85 (INDUSTRIAL)

I believe any part with similar spec will do the Job.
