TCAN1145-Q1: SDO initial state when startup

Hi Team,

We found that the SDO output waveform is weird when power on. (1st and 2nd figure)

The SDO waveform become normal when we did the 1st r/w action. Purple : CLK orange : nCS yellow CAN : SDO

As I know, the SDO should be high in idle state, but low in abnormal figure.

    Hi Roy,

    The multiple voltage levels of the SDO signal look odd to me. This output pin is only capable of driving to ground or Vio potentials (or high-z) so these intermediate voltages make me think there is another active driver on this signal line. Are there any other devices that share this SDO net? Do you know if they are powered or active during this test?
