CE/EU Declaration of Conformity (aka EU DoC) required for SKU TPS54380EVM-001

Hi

I have a PN but somehow it is not recognised in the "Part number" field. SKU TPS54380EVM-001

The product is CE marked but the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity is not available on the T.I website, All I found was its manual (HERE)

Please can you provide the CE/EU Declaration of Conformity for TPS54380EVM-001? 
I appreciate this may be EOL but we still have stock in hand at our end.

    This EVM is EOL and not listed on ti.com anymore. Nevertheless, I issued a request for EU DoC and will let you know once I get feedback.

    We still have stock in hand at our end, so we still need to know if the product is CE compliant and if it is CE, we need to have the EU Declaration of Conformity in our file (Which we do not have at the moment).

    This is a legal obligation.

    The manufacturer (T.I) must hold the EU Declaration of Conformity (along with the technical file justifying the CE marking) for 10 years in their records after the last sales. This means that even if the product is today EOL, T.I. must still have the EU Declaration of Conformity in their records. This obligation is expressed in all the CE directives for all products that are CE-marked. For example, you may refer to ROHS directive 2011/65/EU Article 7.d under OBLIGATIONS of the MANUFACTURER (Access to the directive HERE)

    When Mouser USA offers the product to the EU, Mouser USA is the importer of records. All the CE Directive express that the importer must have in their records (also to keep for 10 years from last sales) for all CE marked products they offer to the EU, hence the request. See for example Article 9.g of the ROHS Directive.

    If the product does not meet the current CE compliance requirement, please let us know and we will refrain from further offering to the EU/UK markets.

    I had several rounds of alignment with the team, and their repeated statement is that this particular product being obsolete, any related documentation is not available anymore. I'm afraid I can't help you further within this technical help forum.
