DS90UB948-Q1EVM: ALP cannot detect 948EVM

Hi team,

My customer bought a 949EVM and 948EVM for pre-research. And they found that ALP can detect 949 but cannot detect 948. I give the picture below. They think problem is in EVM. Can you check it? Did they miss any step when bringing up?

    Hello Peter,

    Given that the device listed is UH926 when the UB948 profile was selected, it seems as if something was not properly done during the startup process. 

    Did the customer follow the Quick Start Guide (Section 1.7 of the DS90Ux948 EVM guide) and Startup - Software Description (Section 1.9.5 of the DS90Ux948 EVM Guide)? Please have them follow the steps in the exact order they are outlined and see if the issue no longer persists.
