Hello,

Avinoam,
There is no PSPICE model for the TCAN1044V-Q1. We do have an IBIS model available for that device, and there is a PSPICE model for the TCAN1042-Q1 device. This will be similar but not the same performance as if simulating with a PSPICE model for the TCAN1044V-Q1.
We are in process of developing PSPICE models for more of our TCAN transceivers, but we do not have a concrete timeline for that effort.

Eric Hackett
Hello,
How can I download a PSPICE model for the TCAN1042-Q1 device.
Can you provide a link.
Avinoam,
https://www.ti.com/product/TCAN1042-Q1
Scroll down to Design and Development and you will find a link to all the simulation models available for this device.

What's available at that link is the closest we have to a SPICE model for any of our CAN transceivers. It can be imported into a Pspice simulator, or PSPICE for TI can be used.

Avinoam,
You likely have to import as individual pins rather than a full IC. I will have to look into this tomorrow and get back to you.
