1. In the profile file on the official website, the updater file corresponding to the IC cannot be found. Can you provide us with the updater file for ds320pr810?


2. I can’t find the programming manual for ds320pr810 on the official website. Can you provide it for us?


3. We need to run the IC in IIC mode. Can you provide the mapping table for configuring the EEPROM of the IC, and how to configure the four redrivers on the DS320PR810-RSC-EVM through the external EEPROM?

    Hi Fabio,

    Regarding 1) and 2), the updater and the programming guide are located in the "PCIE5-REDRIVERS-DESIGN" folder on My Secure Resources. The updater "DS320PR8xx.exe" should be included in the SigCon Architect ZIP file in the DS320PR810 section, let me know if it does not. We have just granted you access.

    For 3), there is a relevant document called "Understanding EEPROM Programming for DS160PR810 PCI-Express Gen-4 Redriver" (to my knowledge the EEPROM format for the DS160PR810 and DS320PR810 are the same) available in the "PCIE4-REDRIVERS-DESIGN" folder on My Secure Resources. We could give you access but you probably will not need the other Gen 4 redriver information in it, so I can send the document to you in E2E private messages after you accept my friend request.

    Most of the time it is much easier to create EEPROM files through the programmer in the DS320PR810 GUI, I would recommend using that method for configuring four redrivers.
