During normal use, the network suddenly interrupted and the LED no longer lit. We tried multiple times to unplug the network cable and reconnect, but we still couldn't connect, and at this time, both LEDs were not lit.
Later on, we found out that sometimes even after unplugging the network cable, both LEDs are lit up. However, in this case, the network still cannot be connected.
Strangely, we did not perform any hardware operations, and in the next day's testing, this network interface inexplicably worked again.
Our question is:
Firstly, under what circumstances may the outgoing network cable suddenly interrupt and cannot be connected?
Secondly, what are the possible reasons why the LED still lights up when the network port is not plugged in? Which signals should we focus on testing?
Can you help analyze this problem? Thank you!
