DS90UB947-Q1: Screen does not display image, register 0x5A show 0x4d, the normal data is 0xcd

Hi team

Customer use DS90UB947 and DS90UB948 build the IVI system, in the low temperature test, the screen does not display image.

Register 0x5A is 0x4d FPD-Link III Ready is 0 Bit6 transmit status is 1. 

0x0a and 0x0b crc error bite also changes

is there any further state I can check to determine the issue?
