single channel high speed inverting buffer

We are looking for a single channel high speed inverting buffer that can support min 50MHZ or more and less propagation delay.

Kindly suggest at the earliest.

What voltage range? If it's a low voltage application I recommend looking at some devices from our AUC and AUP families:
