DP83TC812R-Q1: 0x608 has changed from 0x27a to 0x132

Hello，

DP83TC812 has 0x608 registers that communicate properly when the value is 0x27a, but the occasional value will change to 0x132, I wonder why this change should happen？

If changed 0x132 to 0x27a, and it would recover communication.

Please help to analyze.

This is a possible driver bug with the strap values being re-initialized, please test with this updated driver:
