DS125BR401: Supply current details

Part Number: DS125BR401

  1. Hi, we have decided to use DS125BR401 Ic part in our design but the supply current details is not mentioned in the datasheet. Can you please share the details?

    Hi,

    Supply current can be calculated from the power dissipation specs provided in the datasheet divided by the supply voltage.

    • 2.5V supply, 500 mW typ, 700 mW max --> 200 mA typ, 280 mA max
    • 3.3V supply, 660 mW typ, 900 mW max --> 200 mA typ, 273 mA max

    Additionally, these calculated current values closely match the current consumption spec provided in the DS125BR401A datasheet, which is a very similar device.
