Hi,

What is the maximum supported packet size for this part?  We see intermittent CRC errors in the Rx datapath for larger sizes when a modest (well under 100ppm) clock frequency offset is applied in external test equipment.

    Hi Carver,

    • DP83865 PHY products is NRND (Not Recommended for New Design). We don't have information other than datasheet.
    • Are you developing a new design using DP83865. If so, we highly recommend using DP83867 or DP83869 PHY for the design.
    • DP83865PHY should IEEE compliance so it can support all requirement packet size that IEEE required.
