Hi
Is it possible to provide the typical value for the threshold value in the data sheet below?
Hiroshi-san,
It's better if the customer designs to the minimum and maximum thresholds just to be sure they are met in the application. If the customer still wants the typical information, I'll see what we can provide.

Eric Hackett
Hi Eric-san
We are designing with the maximum value, but since there is a difference with the actual measured value, we would like to design with typical values as well.
I would like to know what the design value is, so please provide me with the data.
The average and standard deviation of 200 pieces of data from arbitrary lot sampling is also acceptable.
Hi Hiroshi-san,
The characterization data that I have access to shows that the average value of this threshold is nearly halfway between the maximum and minimum datasheet values; typical around Vsup - 2.7V.
Let me know if this is sufficient for your needs or if there is additional information I can provide.
Regards,
Eric Schott
Hi Eric-san,
The WakeUp requirement for low voltage requirements (battery drop) cannot satisfy Vsup-3.5V, so we are also considering the idea of setting the typical value of 6σ as the maximum value.
Is it difficult for you to tell me the average and standard deviation of 200 pieces of data from arbitrary lot sampling?
Hi Eric-san,
Hi Hiroshi-san,
I would advise designing for the maximum values that are listed in the datasheet. These values are chosen based off of the characterization data we collect before releasing the device and take into account all possible variations that can occur over the lifetime of production. These are also the values that are used in our automated final test so we can guarantee performance for the devices that we ship.
Could you share the circuit you intend to use with the wake pin and the requirements you have for the operation of the system such as battery voltage range and IO levels? We may be able to design something using these parameters to meet the thresholds defined by this device's datasheet.

Eric Schott
Hi Eric-san,
Since it is difficult to disclose information here, we will ask your questions via your sales representative.
I will close this question here.
thank you very much.
