Hi Team,
After reviewing the BIST function of 928, it looks like that BISTC is clk selection(PCLK or internal OSC) for BIST.
But, I'm not sure how to drive the BISTC to select PCLK or internal OSC?
Or I just drive BISTC to high and then use BIST register to control?
