Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX136
I need to know if exist a Texas IC that like the component TS3USB31(high-speed USB 2.0 bus isolator with single enable) is able to isolate an USB3.0 BUS with single enable.

Nelson:
We don't have similar component for USB 3 bus with single enable in our group. I will assign this ticket to MUX group to see if they have one.

Hello Nelson,
I can suggest the TMUX136: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tmux136.pdf?ts=1699466110336&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FTMUX136
Please note the TMUX136 is a 2:1 switch so you need to tie one of the pins to ground through a 50ohms resistor. This is because its a high frequency application and leaving floating pins will cause distortions in the signals.
Thanks,
Nir
Dear Nir, first of all, thank you very much for the great support
About tying the 50R resistor to ground:
Do I only need to connect a USB 3.0 signal, such as SSTX+?
Does the other signals, I mean SSTX-, SSRX+, SSRX- can be kept floating?
Hi Nelson,
Nir is out of office so I'll jump in here. For this application it's best to not leave any floating pins - TI recommends that any unused pins must be connected to ground through a 50-Ω resistor to prevent signal reflections back into the device.

Alex
