Hi team,
If we have the TSB83AA23 driver, the customer want to use FPGA to control. They don't want to use PHY+PCI Adapters. Thanks.

Hi,
It means that in the current TI solution, can you choose such as TSB81BA3E+TSB82AA2 (PHY+LLC), or TSB83AA23 this integrated PHY+LLC, or TSB81BA3E+FPGA LLC IP, do you want to use an external LLC chip, but can only be a PCI interface?
Hi,
I am not sure if I fully understand the question. The TSB83AA23 operates as the interface between 33-MHz/32-bit PCI local bus and an IEEE Std 1394a-2000 or IEEE Std 1394b-2002 serial-bus interface.
The PHY-link interface follows either the IEEE 1394a-2000 protocol or the IEEE 1394b-2002 protocol, it can't support PCI.
Thanks
David
