DP83867IR: IGP speed setting

Hi Atsushi,

This is the 3rd query I've received this week about what seems to be the same question. I wonder if these are all related, are you trying to use the DP83867 with VARAN? There seems to be some problem with the other customers that is currently being debugged. I can continue to give updates through here as we resolve the issue.

Yes, the 867IRPAP should be able to support it when configured in MII Interface.

Sorry, I couldn't get additional information about the customer's network environment.
I checked the datasheet again, IGP can be set through the “VTM_IDLE_CHECK_CNT_THR” register.
Is this my understanding correct?
If yes, how short can it be with 0x4?

I also went through this register but it only affects the IPG when in Gigabit speeds, it does not affect 100 Mbps. I apologize for the lack of clarity but I am still working with our design team to resolve this query.
