DS90UB926Q-Q1: is there any limitation on maximum Horizontal Sync pulse width ?

The use of the sync signal depends on the timing controller (TCON) of the display connected to the 926 output. The 926 doesn't necessarily care about sync signals because it depends on the display to use them properly.
