Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIOS101,
Hello,
I'm interested in incorporating either the TIOS102 or TIOS1023 into an industrial sensor product I'm developing and would like to create simulations of this part in my system to see how it will interact with different supply voltages and load conditions. is there a spice model available for this, the TIOS101x series, or other parts that have similar characteristics? The only model I've found thus far is TIOS101.ibs model, but this won't work for what I'm trying to do.
