Hi，

We used sn75lvpe5421&sn75lvpe5412 for SSD applications.A PCIe Bus Error has now occurred.

There is no error when the card is inserted, but an error will be reported after a large amount of data is read and written.

I tried a lot of different global boosts, EQ boosts, and it still didn't work,Is there any other way to solve it?

Hi Cain,

This could be related to EQ/Gain setting of the device, signal path or mux setting, or pcb layout.

Please first try forcing PCIe Gen1 and let us know the result. This will tell us signal path and control settings are good.

GEN4 is fine, just GEN5 have problem.

If there are no problems at Gen 4, then it is possible that there may be subtle signal integrity problems in the design that usually do not affect the operation but can cause problems when the link is operating at Gen 5 speeds and is stressed. We can take a look at your PCB layout if you are willing to share.
