DS90UB954-Q1: troubleshoot: lock and pass OK but no video link

can you get the values for the following registers, from a working system and a non-working system?

953 Diagnostic registers: 0x02-0x07, 0x10-0x11, 0x32, 0x37, 0x50-0x52, 0x55, 0x56, 0x5B-0x64

954 Diagnostic registers: 0x02-0x06, 0x1F-0x24, 0x33-0x37, 0x40-0x49, 0x4C-0x58, 0x5B-0x6D, 0x70-0x76, 0x7A-0x7C, 0xD2-0xDB.

Also, can you provide the actual schematic for both devices, SER and DES.

Which clocking mode is used? and what is the oscillator value on both sides?

What type of cable are you using, and what is the length?

Have you tried a different cable type/ length?

Registers readings are attached, one for a working unit and one that has the issue.

We are operating in synchronous, 25 MHz is our crystal.

we have a 15m and a 1m LMR195, same result regardless of length.

I have compared both register dumps. In both cases the DES is receiving the exact same data, and this is being sent to the DES CSI-2 TX output. Please double check your setup after the DES.
