Sorry for the delay. unfortunately we can't force the transceiver to only respond to all 6 bits logic high bits matching instead of just one. My assumption is that you have multiple devices using the same ID filter for the WUF, so now you need more specificity in the data mask. Is the need for 6 logic high bits to match just for validation concerns, or do you have that many different nodes/commands that need to only wake up on certain frames?
