Our customer is reviewing the TPD8S300A product.
The block of the application you want to use is as shown below.
The main purpose is to update the IC within the headset via USB type-C using SBU pins.
Since the I/O level of the IC to be F/W updated is 1.8V, damage may occur if the signal transmitted through USB type-C is higher than 1.8V.
Is OVP operation and level shift possible using the TPD8S300A product?
Considering the block above and the contents explained, if there is a suitable solution, please recommend it.
