Hello Piotr,

Given that this is a legacy National Instruments part, resources on the DS90C189 are quite limited. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the package drawing or the internal pulldown resistor value. The package dimensions is 81 mm², 9 x 9

Hello again Piotr,

I was able to do some further investigation and was able to locate the package drawing for the DS90C189. I am attaching it below to this E2E.

Regarding the internal pull-down resistance, I am still awaiting a response from the individuals who may know that value. I will update you on this E2E thread as soon as I have an update.

Hi Piotr,

I synced with my team and have determined that the internal pulldown referred to on the LVCMOS inputs is a 0.5uA pulldown. There is no pulldown resistor - it is a bias current to ground.
