Hello,

For the Component GRC6159244750$, We had a lot of issues on the End Of Line testor : we have identified those with the marking "25TG4" as non-conform.

We are challenged by our customer to provide the approval file and to prouve parts  conformity. can you please share with us the approval file of the parts with the mentioned marking.

Regards,

Mohamed Ali Bouallegue

  • Mohammad,

I'm not aware of any approval file or document for conformity.

From the image, I cant tell what the lot trace code is for the device, the blue pen marker covers up the top part of the last row. I've tried several variations for of what I think it is but nothing comes up on in my search. (25TCEDT is not a real trace code)

Where did you get these parts from?

    -Bobby

  • Hello Bobby,

About the parts with the marking  "25TG4" , please find bellow the different batch Numbers "LOT" that we did receive from Texas directly and from the distributer Arrow:

    The technical issue is:

No connection at the Rx/TX terminals (a 3.3 (V) connection). by connecting the component to the test bench the test does not start: the sequence cannot be launched. Only the components with "25TG4" marking are concerned , please check below.

    Our requests are:

-To tell us about the meaning of "25TG4" marking.

-To send us the final control test results  or the certificates of conformity  of the diffrent shipements or batchs with "25TG4" marking.

    Best Regards,

  • Mohamed,

-To tell us about the meaning of "25TG4" marking.

The marking '25TG4' is not the lot trace code. 25T is related to the manufacturing time stamp. The bottom line of the top marking is paired with the time stamp to form a lot trace code. Which is why I stated your lot trace code: 25TCEDT doesn't appear in the lot trace code history when I search it. G4 no longer has meaning.

To send us the final control test results  or the certificates of conformity  of the diffrent shipements or batchs with "25TG4" marking.

We do not have a certificate of conformity nor do we send send device history for devices with lot trace codes.

    The technical issue is:

No connection at the Rx/TX terminals (a 3.3 (V) connection). by connecting the component to the test bench the test does not start: the sequence cannot be launched. Only the components with "25TG4" marking are concerned , please check below.

This is still a bit ambiguous, have you tried to read back the register values to verify the read values match the written values? Have you run a loopback test? Have you probed the clock to verify it is still running?
