TMDS251: Can we replace device from TMDS251PAGR to TMDS261BPAGR

Hello Sir:

TMDS251PAGR will be EOL, can we replace device from TMDS251PAGR to TMDS261BPAGR?

Is it P2P? and if it can be replacing, do you have any guide line on this processing?

    Hey Statham,

    As seen in the datasheets for both devices they are pin to pin compatible. The labeling for the TMDS lanes ahs changed, but the functionality is the same. 

    These devices can simply be swapped. However its important to note that the 5V to 3.3V DDC level shifting circuitry has been removed.
