Optical transceivers - 25G short and 1G long

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I am asking for your assistance in finding chips for building a high-speed optical transceiver for 2 different applications.

 

Digital 25G over short distance

We need here a 25G VCSEL laser driver and a 25G trans-impedance amplifier. Do you also have dual-channel version available? 

We would also be interested in an EVB and application notes if you have one. From those specs, we have identified the ONET2804TLP as a limiting TIA but it is 4 channels which is more than what we need.

 

Digital 1G over long distance

We need here a 1G DML/EML laser driver and a 1G trans-impedance amplifier for interfacing with an avalanche photodiode. Do you also have dual-channel version available? 

We would also be interested in an EVB and application notes if you have one. From those specs, we have identified the 4211LD laser driver and the ONET2591TA as a TIA.
