Here is a question one of our customers is experiencing, could you please provide some troubleshooting suggestions?
The host side uses 941 and the screen side uses 948. The access to the 948 side fails, but the detection lock is OK.
941 side register configured : 0x03=0xda; 0x17=0x9e;
The state was normal in the previous period, but the register exception 0xc4 = 0x18, 0x5a = 0x19 occurred in the middle period; after recovery, lock was OK but access to the 948 register failed, resulting in a black screen. After 6 minutes, re-power up and it is normal again.
What may be the cause of the above phenomenon and how to avoid it.
