THVD1451: Timing specs for VCC = 3.3V

Hi team,

our customer wants to use the THVD1451 in their design, at VCC = 3.3V.

However, all timing specs are for the VCC = 5V conditions (page 11, section 7.8 Switching Characteristics)

Can you please provide data for VCC = 3.3V?

    Hi Martin,

    For VCC = 3.3V operation the max/min specifications still apply - we don't spec typical values at 3.3V for this device. 

    In all reality we do direct designers to design system w.r.t. max timing specifications not typical anyway - so use the listed max conditions as the design guide for timing considerations in the system.
