So nothing looks wrong with the schematic - it should work as shown; however, I do have a couple comments.
1. You have the /FORCEOFF, FORCEON, and /INVALID are all pulled up through a resistor.
1a) If you have no other signals going here the device will always be on.
1b) If you are not using /INVALID you can leave it floating - it is an output.
1c) If you want to use auto-power down mode hold FORCEON low and /FORCEOFF as high.
2. The capacitors to ground on the COM lines will reduce performance and effective bus difference. We spec our max speed at a capacitive load of 1000pF (including cabling) - so using 100pF caps will go against the total capacitance budget for the RS-232 bus. You can use these but that is the tradeoff.
Beyond that I don't have any other comments - it looks okay!
