Hi,

I installed SigCon architect 3.0 , opened it in demo mode . Device model lists only DS160PR410. 

Does this tool support DS320PR1601?

    Hi Shekha,

    Please ensure to install both the SigCon Architect GUI and the DS320PR1601 profile installer provided in the secure resources folder for DS320PR1601. The profile installer will allow you to access the GUI for the DS320PR1601 device.
