Could the CAN bus of individual CAN transceiver be connected together before the common-mode choke as below picture?

This should be possible, yes. To be clear, does the block labeled "MCU" have CANH/CANL pins? Just wanting to make sure that these are CANH/CANL rather than TXD/RXD pins or GPIOs.
